I think the outcome for MAH's share price following the capital raising will center around what the money will be used for.
If MAH bcan demonstrate that the injections of funds will be used to increase working capital in order to complete additional work over the next 1 - 2 years this will be a positive for the company.
If there is no specific use for the funds (simply raising money to restore balance sheet after cash burn of past 5 months) I think that it will be a material negative for the stock.
We will see on Friday I suppose.
