Funny situation, personally I'm finding it difficult to imagine what to expect. A 3rd offer would be nice but I'm guessing it might be more likely to do with a Target Statement on the UCL offer.
Re delisting, my understanding was that a major shareholder can apply for delisting with less than 90% but they have to make a strong case eg virtually no trading volume, costs of listing compliance greater than benefit etc. If correct it would be almost impossible to make that case from current holding level, especially if minor shareholders contest the application.
