I wonder if the capital raising may be needed to provide funds for the manufacturing of the Vietamese contract.
There would be some degree of time lag between VMT incurring production line setup costs and costs of initial manufacturing etc and receiving payment as the scooters come off the production line.
My sentiment is definitely buy - not hold as on my previous post.
