Hello not sure that trading halt is for capital raising, as we know they have recently entered into a flexible arrangement that is not fully drawn. However if there is need for additional funds VMT are fortunate that the funds can be used as working capital not for retirement of debt as so many recent capital raiser have been forced to do.
Please forgive me a little speculation I read recently that a certain large Japanese motor cycle manufacturer was very keen to increase its small share of the scooter segment. VMT have the product and the plant and capacity. As I said pure speculation on my part, no evidence whatsoever to connect this reported comment with VMT
