Why did we miss this QVT issue? I think its because we weren't sure when the interest fell due ... the announcement of the bond issue was 24 december 2007 but the "completion" of the deal post-shareholder approval was not until 4 february 2008. I assumed the later date (i.e 4 February 2009 for interest payment) ... and then overlooked checking the March Quarter accounts for payment.

All I can hold onto is that everyone ... the board, the dissidents, QVT and all share holders have too much to lose to let this fall in a heap. Not much but its something.
