that's right .. I just checked the march Quarterly and they paid the first annual interest payment of $2.4m .. so as i expected the Feb 4 2009 date for payment was correct.
I agree with schnowser and others .. QVT along with everyone else has too much to lose. Monday will be VERY interesting.
