Call me stupid, I must be missing something or do the new board bring a bag of cash with them as a show of good faith? In which case we must expect a significant dilution so that they can cover their bes.
Without an injection of cash TZL is in strife. I for one will be asking questions of our so called regulators if TZL arises from the current ashes. I am all for a Phoenix like resurrection but there would need to be a damn good explanation.
Surely a raising must be the first thing any board will need to arrange, as from what I can see TZ are almost insolvent.
