    Clive Palmer is to build a soccer field on the deposit and issue free tickets to the games to all shareholders.

    Even if Shougang went ahead, i would think Shougang would want the initial agreement modified, interest free etc.

    I think they would be in a position to call the shots more so then when the inital agreement was reached
