They may well be the first point of call but Venture does not need to offer them the first option if it's not related to Stanley River.
They still have 2.7 million in the bank. The only reason for raising capital at this point in time is if they can't use the 2m citi gave them for furthering the Mt Lindsay work. That or material capital raising has a meaning I haven't thought of.
They can list around another 15 million shares without our approval right? So mb this will be raising around 3m.
As long as the sp keeps going up I really don't care:)
