Yes very Bizzare.
If you look at the contract rates they have contracted to CP for initially the same rate as under contract to NXS for US$450,000 per day then they drop the rate down to US$300,000 per day. Yet they had another contract with Oilex for some of this time at a rate of US$495,000 per day. It doesn't make sense why you would cancell the oilex contract as opposed to reschedule it. Seems their prime motivation has been to get the CP work. However, I guess it all will eventually depend on the clauses in the formal contract.
