Still don't understand why the Oilex contract was cancelled?
What's that got to do with NXS?!
Seems to me that Sedco really wanted the TOL to be with CP, and are trying to use NXS' financial woes to their advantage.
Think we'll win this case, but all it takes is one d!ckhead judge to put one over us.
Just ask the MLS holders what that feels like...
