    lol, Melua didn't step over any legal lines, as far as I can tell... anyone selling out because of what HE is doing did so at their own risk.

    As far as recap... BBI, IMHO, should go up a bit (dilution, but removed risk....)... ad BEPPA should fly (assuming no dilution, and significantly removed risk).
