...just would like to make three comments:

1. any placement of shares will have been a few weeks/months of discussions in the making, therefore, i would not expect this placement to be above $1;

2. this could be the formal notification of the placement with Yankuang Group from the previous MOU announcement (remember an MOU isn't a binding contract, its just commitment by the parties to look at conducting business with eachother and outlines what has been discussed and some basic terms). As said before on this thread, this was for 19.7m shares at 50c, which would bring in another $9.85m into the bank and will be superb news as it then gets Yankuang Group firmly on board, who will be a major part of our Stage 2 Refinery/Smelter plans - this is where the money and shareholder prosperity is at; and

3. with the recent shareprice hike, why wouldn't Yankuang Group want to get on board asap; they will have doubled their investment!

...whatever the news is, you know with this company it will be good and be a part of paving the way to achieving their vision.
