Here are my thoughts.

1. BAU has just completed a one Week road show in sydney and Meobourne. We don't know to who that was presented to and who's to say that one of the corporate viewers loved it soo much that they now wanna stake in the company??

2. Would BAU really need to go into a trading halt to further inform us about the placement with Yankuang, this is information that was already known and they could have just released it to the market saying that they have now furthered there talks with the company and secured the placement.
