I posted this risk a couple of months back on this forum. My concerns were cash flow to fund the Santos acquisition which they are yet to pay for. Don't forget some seismic they conducted are conducting as part of a farm in and UGS as mentioned. Remember also last qtr's revenue/cashflow was affected by a closure.
I sold down most of my shares at 16 keeping some in preparation for a cap raising/SPP.
Good buying now after the SP drops to the cap raising level as they will have the necessary funds for some really potential growth from here IMHO.
There has been good support volume for this company of late so not expecting any problems raising the cash.
