I'm trying to work out what percentage of BLR Azarga will now own, can anyone check these figures for me?
Current Shares on issue - 1,667,600,000 (Azarga with 19.9% or 8,500,000)
$11m @ 0.017c/sh = 647,000,000
$6m @ 0.014c/sh = 429,000,000
New share total (assuming full conversion) = 2,743,600,000
And Azarga would own 1,084,500,000 or ~39.5%
Is that right?
