Downer is always "looking forward". Problem is, management are always in such a hurry to look good before the AGM that they'll sign anything to get contracts on the board. Then later, when the crap hits the fan they realise that the contracts were not properly negotiated.
How many other Reliance contracts do you think they have out there???
How badly will they be affected by the floods because provisions in contracts were not provided for???
