DiamondJoe, it's the GT3000 and GT5000, not GS, don't know where everyone is getting this 'S' from.
A CR seems imminent, and at a time where very little is being released by the company means it may have to be heavily underwritten as SHs start feeling pessimistic about what's going on. Hypothetically given this, it will mean many won't take up rights, leaving the underwriter to pick up more. Could be a sneaky play to do so just before something big happens leaving them to line their pockets quite handsomely. They end up making more money and whoever missed out is told "Hey, we gave you the opportunity?".
Just a cautious message outlining the way companies astutely help their buddies out, not implying this will in fact happen here. Good luck all however, and yes, I'm on the sidelines waiting for an entry point again of which this may present.
