    Sounds like a CR to me, lets hope there's some serious sweeteners in it and that the outstanding options aren't too disadvantaged.

    What I find worrying is that this information was available on HC before it was announced to the market - having said that given the cashflow and previous quarterly a CR was pretty much inevitable.
