$3.5m thru shaws in a private placement .. the balance thru a rights issue 1:4 ...so as a 30% holder of arw you'd imagine amu would need to behalted.
additionally amu may be the underwirter. May also be more to be announced?

need to see when the closing date is for holders.. also would appear that the options are 2009 60c strike.

afr indicated they had fixed the process issues.. and by implication would be in a position to get the grant.. hence a good time to raise.
