if I was trying to window dress the company I would have used one PE and said that is what it is rather than basing it on potential future earnings.
The fact you came on here thinking your a knight in shining armour trying to 'save' the inexperienced is rediculous.
my original post is based on projections together with what other companies in the same industry trade on in the market. Twin did a comparison a while ago to demonstrate this.
if you want to go and value companies whom are earning profits go for it. You will be playing in the higher end if town.
down is the spec space you have to make assumptions to make big gains. Have fun with that.
