rastus, fully agree... Unlikely the legal matters will be finalised for a long time to come, but in the end the outcome should be all court cases settled and Lynas in operation (unless there actually have been a major wrong doing **looks unlikely**).
The big question mark is wether or not the court will act in a rational manner in relation to the TOL if there are no bleedingly obvious errors in process (**again looks unlikely**).
