I dont see the odds as 50:50 myself
There is a binary possible outcome, but like many of these things it is not a simple flip of a coin.
If you believe it is 50:50 then fair enough.
If you believe the judge will go on the side of slsm and err on caution while ignoring the gov. and financial damage to Lynas then fine.
If you believe that slsm have a case then fine..
For all of the above, keep clear or sell what you hold.
