Daily range 20 - 34c US. I expect this sort of volatility on any new and small stock over in the US...... for now. Normal behaviour for the likes of such stocks, until they become a lot more well known.
Major issue? I am of the belief that the wait for permitting will not be very long now. I believe that it is no longer a major issue at all and that the government is now making it a high priority to support mining and in particular gold mining in South Africa. Read some of the more recent news on this subject.
