    Are you going to follow up on the class action with IMF?

    If so - from reading these threads - it appears that the ASIC has been informed multiple times regarding AAM possibly breaching T&C and now may be borderline insolvent.

    It is possible that the ASIC has been negligent in protecting investors here.

    Now, IMO, IMF could certainly be interested in funding a class action that included the ASIC as they will definitely have a fat cheque book if the litigation is successful.
