I think its time to start a class action against CHM and its directors for pain and suffering caused to MMX shareholders through this debacle. How many CHM shareholders are hurting who were sold on the story at family BBQ's and trusting Benny and his crew that this was a sure thing. At least MMX has a future regardless of the outcome of any case ...now the likelihood of any trial is at best remote so the mums,dads,cousins,friends and distant relatives of the directors who were brainwashed are trying to come to terms with a sense of betrayal they have. Benny and his crew are still spinning lies and telling them everything is ok but the fact is a company cannot trade insolvent..IT IS ILLEGAL!! ASIC do something.
