I have never understood how CHM can claim for the whole of Jack hills etc given at best they ditched out 500k
the intellectual property , market timing, MGMT vision etc played the most part in any wealth accrued by Jack hills.
None of this relates to the 500 k. So at best if you succeed, which is not going to happen, you get 500k plus interest.
I steal $10 off you and buy a powerball ticket. That then wins. Do I own you 10 million bucks. !!
