Just some more info.
I completed the forms for sale to delisted this morn. Very easy process. They fill out the forms based on info received when you submit online. You just sign and provide certified copy of drivers license. The crystallisation Occurs upon receipt of forms by delisted. So mine should go through tomorrow
Along with the standard transfer form is a declaration of trust form where you agree to hold them in trust for delisted (investorgain is company) and The actual transfer eventuates. So as soon as they receive it.
It maybe that declaration of trust is worth pursuing for some people ie sell to someone else (not delisted) and fill out the declaration of trust for that 3rd party instead of delisted. Ie same process / different buyer.
For me I’m happy sell to delisted. My tax saving will be much more than any relisting price

@Winter08 So delisted is just a declaration of trust? When does the actual transfer of the shares occur? I'm thinking of doing declaration of trust but with a different 3rd party so that I can do it for just some of my shares.
