Sale of your securities in BIG UN LIMITED
Thank you for advising the details necessary for us to complete the documentation in connection with the sale of your securities and for
your payment of $150.00.
Please take the following steps:
1.
Sign and date both copies of the Standard Transfer Form as Seller(s) (only Section 10 of the form).
2.
Sign and date both copies of the Declaration of Trust.
3.
Sign and date the Request for Transfer to Issuer Sponsored.
4.
Arrange for the identification document or documents as set out in the page headed Identification Document(s).
5.
Please return to us at deListed, PO Box 400, Crows Nest NSW 1585:
- the first copy of the Standard Transfer Form and
-one copy of the Declaration of Trust, the Request for Transfer to Issuer Sponsored and
- the identification document(s).
Your capital loss is crystallized for tax purposes upon receipt by us of those documents. Please retain the executed copy of the
Standard Transfer Form along with the Tax Invoice for taxation and record purposes. If someone else prepares your tax return we
suggest you also draw their attention to the next paragraph.
Please note from the Tax Invoice that our fee is $151.00. We have deducted $1 from our fee, being the consideration for the securities.
This equates to the $150.00 you have paid andno further payment is required. We understand the fee of $151.00 to be a cost of selling
the securities and as such, it can be added to their purchase price (in the same way as the original brokerage) for the purposes of
calculating the capital loss
