You are correct in assuming cash levels are cause for concern. But, like many start-up entities, they will have to improvise to get over a short-term cash crunch. Once ATC confirms to the market that revenues are locked in, the current severe price discount the market is imposing on the stock price will vanish and we should see some upward movement in pricing. Until then, it is the more more "yellow" investor that is seen leaving the ATC share register. All the big holders are hanging on, showing a great deal more patience than some other investors!!
