Trading was temporarily paused for the market to digest the news. Approx 10 mins.
If the bots are playing games you will notice when you try to buy or sell and tge orders keep moving away from you. You may also see heaps of microtrades in the trade history slowing the processing of trades.
Im not a fan of the bots, dont think any retailers are, but the asx allows it and claims it adds "liquidity".
Apparently up to 80% of all trades on asx are bots.
