I would be devastated if i lost that much in one day :)
I went on a holiday and wasnt keeping a eye on the market for a couple weeks. My 60g profit turned into 20g profit and it was hard to handle. But I held on and didnt sell and it paid off.
How do you people deal with this type of stress??
