How did I handle it- I closed into myself, chased it down, then got to the point I couldn't look at the PC without wanting to vomit, and lost 12 ks- and finally went and got on some anxiety tablets for 6 months- this let me gain weight, which means I could make rational decisions, went back to my day job ( thank god I didn't quit when I went on maternity leave and it was a bull market), and slowly started trading blue chips in SMALL amounts, and now a year and a half later, we are on top of most of it- and things are better.
I honestly say, if you start loosing weight, then you are really going to start making some silly and irrational decisions.
I still dream aobut what I could have done with the 80k, and I keep that in mind when I go to do something TOTALLY out of my plan. I have a way I trade now, and it is smaller, and calmer, and I SLEEP AT NIGHT ha ha
