It would be really great, though not necessary, if you do download the doc that you just leave the briefest of messages on this thread such as a smiley or ta or something so I an get some idea as to how many people do/did download it.
I would also appreciate any feedback at this stage or further refinements you would like to see, though do understand that like most of the shizzle I write and make accesssible here this may well go further into a book or as a magazine article which I may get paid for, so my requests for feedback ultimately may have a financial benefit for myself and as such if that gives you the willies then please avoid it :)
Also note the pdf is marked copyright me... I have no hassles and welcome dissemination by others but I would crack a major sad if I found sections lifted verbatim and touted as someone elses work.
