    I don't get that impression Vallis - I think Centro is a pretty tight ship!

    I am thinking that it is either the CNPSA (or connections of them) ie; a raid on the register (but if it was this, you would think that it would be by proxy so that it wouldn't show up as significant shareholding on the register); or large investors ie; Bank Syndicates raising the sp for a windfall, cap. raising & unwinding of their positions as an exit strategy. Alternatively, it could be Fundies or Hedgies entering the stock.
