    i agree with vallis, it does seem as if they are covering their tracks. As soon as i read it, i was thinking - they are weiry of something in the future.

    I think massive capital raising or news of huge sale. If its capital raising .. just like BLY they would want to amp the stock price up soo they dont have to issue any sub 20 cents.
