    The announcement is interesting they note the RAPID and MARKED movement in the price of CNP.

    They further go on to say that they are unaware of any information that has not been announced that could explain this movement.



    Does this mean they could HAVE an announcment to make and they believe it wouldn't be big enough to cause a move such as this?

    By the careful wording of this statement i believe that is the case, they are setting it up so they are covered once news comes out.

    I think we might have some news on the way!!!
