Being a director is more than just turning up to a bunch of meetings. You want to give management the encouragement to go above and beyond. It's not a 9 to 5 job. They are trying to restart a world class tungsten deposit. As you may have observed there haven't been many new ones around the world. They are getting shares not actual cash. If the company works, IMO this is a small price to pay for these guys to have held the value for existing shareholders. They could have sold us out and heavily diluted us, which would have given us alot less.

I'm happy to vote for it. At the end of the day, the weight of votes will determined the outcome.
