    I agree LDKS it does smell a bit and I will be waiting to see how much and at what price they raise the cash. If it's done at 5 cents or higher to Celera then the directors do have shareholders best interests at heart and I will be the first to eat some humble pie.

    This is were the integrity of directors can go either way. If the technology is that good then Celera may want a slice of the pie. Fingers crossed.
