Afternoon all
Just got back from having an echo stress test at a medical centre on the Maylands Peninsula. I must say I like the view of this 'Peninsula' a tad better!
More likely the upward gradient on this one will be more enjoyable and less stressful than this mornings heart pumper on the treadmill.
We might actually wind up with some money to enjoy, so keep up the exercise everyone.
