Hi All,
Assuming the merger goes through, this thread is for information on how people can trade their WUC shares on the CNSX (Canadian Securities Exchange).
I made contact with the international share trading desk of ComSec and they confirmed that they can trade on the CNSX as long as our shares are held on a DRS Statement. The Scheme booklet confirmed that we will be issued a DRS.
Therefore trading is possible on ComSec although, please keep in mind that international stock trades cost more than conventional asx trades as shown in the table below.
Market Brokerage Special Costs 1 New York Stock Exchange NASDAQ American Stock Exchange Includes equities, foreign denominated bonds, managed funds and Options USD$65.00 or 0.75%, whichever is greater1 USD$1.10 per contract applies to US Option trades. 2 Canada USD$65.00 or 0.75%, whichever is greater1 CAD$0.015 per share
Other may be able to share information they have from other brokers.
Please keep this thread about how to trade WUC shares and not about the for/against argument.
