Which planet are you currently on cone? The TPD folks took the gamble of buying into Walyering where SN could have found some of Toot's water. Further on, they could have sold out of STX when the STX price was 50C , and some undoubtably did. The ones that stayed in took the gamble that the price would go higher - which it may eventually do.
