I queried this before but not sure if anyone answered. If a player like Gina or MinRes use their own gas, what is in it for the State? Do they pay royalties or GST etc. Sell it to your other company at minimal rates to avoid tax, or does it have to be at set rate? Was any of this covered in Domgas review or will it fall into "Trading hub" policies.
How much gas for own use, is there a limit?
These questions also apply to STXs Peaking Plant.
