650m+ for STX's existing 211PJ reserve at WE? You might be right because the right value is basically the price that someone is actually willing to pay, and who's to say someone won't pay $3/GJ - but personally, it looks highly optimistic to me.
The thing about doing valuation for one's investment is to err on the safe side to give one some margins. Operatorship is worth something but how does one quantify it without any recent precedence or reference transaction to help put a price on it? It's like those dodgy intangibles/goodwill carrying value on a company's balance sheet. You can stick any number you want on it but it means nothing until it can actually be realised in reality
