there is a very important yet subtle message in what Blueseal is saying that the majority are missing here. Let me try to explain....

l won't bore you with nuclear deterence theory so l will give a much less complex example. Whenever a cowboy goes to town, he always carries his guns. He doesn't have to use them, but they are always on his hip and he has full discretion about when to use them. Those guns project aggression, and deterence of agression, all at the same time.

One subtle mention from our BOD, about reviewing capital management options and STX is effectively carrying a gun on its hip that any shorter would be well cautious of.
