Dunno about opening at 40c .... Highly unlikely .... BUT ... With the Dow up strongly and with the positive trades of Prima on the Nasdaq last night PRR should have a good day.
Even though there was only a low volume day for Prima on the Nasdaq as the cliche goes "The price was right".
What is important is market psychology and that has now turned in PRR 's favour. The "rest" will hopefully soon follow
