This doesnt feel much like 'express' - Metro should be 1-2 days. The delay has to be on Computershares end, or they have been lazy.
Rough sell down on the NASDAQ so far, and volume has now tanked. I think the market cap needs to be sorted, I have used https://www.nasdaq.com/contact-us - the more the merrier.
