I'm thinking the same. Keeping the board's salary and BS regarding US investors wanting in to one side, they effectively have delivered news after news this year but SP is sliding down. Could it be a Market manipulation by a big player to achieve some goal i.e acquiring one or more of our assets for a pittance?
I'm leaning more towards this theory as we would not have known about the naked shorts if we didn't redomicile. Similar thing appears to be happening...
