Why should they?
The issue is fully underwritten and I expect is likely to be substantially subscribed by holders.
Anyone who holds is free to sell and take up their entitlement with immediate profit. I've sold most of my holdings and bought more than enough rights to compensate. Now is an excellent opportunity for such short term trading. As you say, the last cap raising also had a significant upturn as the subscription deadline approached. It wasn't too difficult to predict the same would happen this time around.
I've predicted a price approaching 20c within six months. I'm repeating the prediction just to show I haven't forgotten. I expect there will be plenty of trading opportunities between now and then.
