Going back to SAR's announcement (reply to ASIC), if there was indeed something amiss with their operations/drilling results, SAR would have been under obligation to acknowlege it.
On the other hand, if the drilling results were as expected/or better than expected, the company is probably under no obligation to report it (as it is unlikely to have caused the decline in SP)
